Learn how to tig weld. http://www.weldingtipsandtricks.com/how-to-tig-weld-feeding-rod.html
The filler wire hand is a slow learner. It is the speed bump in the parking lot of tig welding. Learn how to feed that tig rod and you can learn to tig weld better and faster. For more tips like this, visit http://www.weldingtipsandtricks.com

  • they do make dressing tools for grinding wheels,,,but unless you are about to make some x ray inspected welds or something, it wont hurt to just leave the wheels alone...

  • "i know all about cancer and all that crap"

    haha

  • @RastaLee311 If you consider yourself a professional, and the company doesn't have your size gloves, you would BUY YOUR OWN. Assuming you are worth your salt, you are making $30 an hour and up.. Buy a $20 pair of gloves. I buy my own because I prefer the proper fit. If they have my size, I use theirs. If not, I ALWAYS have two new pair in my gang box.. Don't blame the "clumsy" gloves for your poor workmanship.

  • Cancer is no joke!!! Keep those hands covered.

  • what an idiot

  • i priced a new one from a couple sites. might beat the bushes and find a cheaper one. still no comparison in what you can do for the money. the welds are as good as the person using the machine too.

  • @1SciencePlasmaWorks I think you need to shop around more - my TIG/Arc welder cost less than half the price of a Multiplaz 3500.

  • @TurboNitrous66 Yep - been there done that... A few times. ;) Thx

  • @ssouthur you can make a new tip on your filler rod by resharpening it on a grinding wheel.

  • @1SciencePlasmaWorks Just went and saw the video...NO THANKS! unless the welds can look better than in the video, I'll stick to my TIG.

  • Well done !

  • Great site just started tig at WTTI still getting the hang of it.

  • Bloody unbelievable!! Cancer and all that crap !!

I got melanoma cancer directly from tig welding SS, using only a fine light synthetic glove (I was a fool for not investigating the warning signs)

Cancer was the most devastating thing for my self and family . I lived passed the 3 years they gave me but lost a new business I had started .

Others I heard of (tig welding for a living )were not so lucky . DO NOT TAKE THIS health threat light. Steve Marshall Marshall Design
