A French luthier (amateur) making his own ukuleles kindly lent me this one for a few videos... Great thanks to him.
This one is after a soprano by Jose do Espirito Santo, made in a beautiful walnut wood with rope binding. Sound really nice and cristal clear, with clear Worth strings.
The piece is from the book edited by the late John King : Famous Solos & Duets for the Ukulele (Mel Bay editions)
L'instrument est vraiment magnifique tant pour sa sonorité que pour son aspect; on a envie de le toucher et de caresser le bois ! Le travail que le luthier a réalisé est très soigné et très fin, remarquable !
