Answering Viewer Questions About Cigars Smoking and Humidors

I asked last week for everyone to send in whatever questions they might have about cigars and I received a great number of really good ones! In this video I will try and answer as best as possible,all the questions that came in during that time. If you have more I'd love to hear from you. also how do you know your cigars are ready to smoke, how long to you let them recover from shipping

@9953201 At a bare min 1 week, but really as long as I can. It usually ends up a min of 4 unless there is some kind of rush.

with your beads are they small, about the same size that you would find in the little pouches that are in shoe boxes and electronics, (i know they are not the same thing) because i bought some and didn't realize they were so small and want to make sure i was not ripped off, also in a small desktop humidor (20-50) count, does it matter how many beads you use

@9953201 Yes they are that size, very small. Just a small handful is more than enough for a desktop unit.

Hey, ive been a cigarette smoker off and on or afew years, and just got into smoking cigars.. for my first cigar i chose Swisher Sweet Slims.. i didnt want a normal sized cigar, but my main question is for storage.. i plan on smoking one or two aday but should i keep them in something? i heard your suppose to keep them humid so i put them in a ziplock bag with another ziplock bag that has a warm paper towel in it and put it in a cabnet.. will that allow me to keep them till each on is smoked?

Hello B, You got close on what I'v wondered for awhile in the effect of taking the Cello Wrap off your cigars before putting them in your Humi. How do you feel about say a box of 10/20 cigars you have bought? Would it help to preserve them longer to leave it on the box or take them off to acclimate? Unless you are planning on reviewing cigars, the flavor profiles for cigars are actually irrelevant. You need to actually SMOKE the cigar to appreciate it and make your own judgement. This reviewer has a VERY similar palate to my own BUT, is tastes in cigars is somewhat different. I gravitate towards the powerful cigars. It isn't rocket science, cut it, light it and enjoy it. Don't over think it. Don't make smoking a cigar a sterile and "scientific" experience... Just enjoy it.
