Josiah Black Eagle Pinkham, cultural resources ethnographer for the Nez Perce (Nimiipuu) tribe in Idaho, narrates the new film produced by Executive Productions-Seattle http://epsinc.org for Chief Joseph Dam. Chief Joseph Dam built and managed by the Corps of Engineers is second only to Grand Coulee Dam in hydropower production in the US. The dam was named after the famous American Indian leader. Josiah's family history is connected to the Joseph family.
