My son, Caleb, graduated on May 30,2008 from Elko High in Elko, Nevada. He is affected with autism. The students in Elko have embraced him since kindergarten. When he graduated, he received a standing ovation and the local paper did a write up about him also. This IS inclusion at its finest.

  • I'm a deaf mom of a hearing autistic son. It makes me feel really good that you do have a GREAT community to support your son all the way through. Way to Go, Caleb!

  • GREAT video!!!

I drove across country from philadelphia to san francisco when i was 18 (1984) and broke down in the desert and limped into a town called Wells Nevada...I believe thats about 50 miles from Elko. We got a waterpump from a junkyard in Elko...took a week though. Beautiful country around there...but not when you are 18 and wanna party!

Great video and you must be proud :)

  • What an awesome community you live in.

    Congratulations.
