I keep trying to quit drinking diet pepsi. It's a living hell to do! I don't have side effects unless I'm quitting then OMG it is bad. for the past 3 days I was severely nauseous, grumpy with a headache that encompassed my entire head and had cold sweats.. It reminds me of what you read heroin addicts go through. I usually give in and head for a convenience store (lol i.e. local drug dealer). I know it's not caffeine withdrawals. I've been drinking tons of lightly sweetened (sugar) ice tea.

BTW, I've been drinking it since I was a teenager (I'm 35 now). I probably would have a 2 liter bottle a day.

Sugar is no better than Aspartame.

Drinking plain water will help you get off that stuff.
