http://riseabovestrength.com Feet rooted, Stay tight, Chest up, Push hips back, Think about putting only 1/3 of your body weight on the box (thanks Joe DeFranco) and drive with your hips back up.

  • @cxionme7rg At the time I only had that box box which was 18 inches or a 12 inch, so for demonstration purposes I used this which is a little high.  Thanks for watching
