Thanks for making this video, very informative! i have failed to get an ember for the fourth time this week, have gone thru 3 different fire sets, I gotta keep at it but this video was great!

Hey Cedrik, I like to thank you for this great manual! I tried this yesterday in a nearby forrest and was looking for the same kind of wood that you are using in this video.
It works and i was able to make a fire after 3 hours working :D It was the first time i tried this and it felt amazing to make fire like this!!! thank again for this great manual! Have a nice bushcraft :)

Oh it is hard to explain ... You know it has to be a little bit difficult to set your spindle in, and your cord must not slip on the spindle when you are bowing. If it slip, you have to tight it up! The longer the spindle, the easier it is to install it in your bow
