@indierickenbacker dude ive played both, this has better octave note definition and clarity. on the french toast you can't play chords down low on the neck it sounds muddy. decent octavia pedals can track the notes better.

ive gotten some sick tones out of my v-amp that ive had forever...but it will NEVER sound as good as the zvex pedals...digital doesn't have the range or fullness of analog...and its mostly personal preference...i play a parker fly guitar so im one of thoes people who konws what they want...if you want the highest sound quality u got for zvex and other high quality pedals...if you want something more convenient that can do everything get digital~or get a loop box and switch between the 2...
