To take full advantage of this effective technique, before you start doing it, please tune your mind into the issue that triggers your anxiety and rate it on a subjective scale of distress 0-10 (0 no anxiety, 10 a very intense sensation of anxiety). You will be then able to evaluate how much your anxiety has disappeared by the end of the procedure so you can measure your success.
