Tell how horrible any player is, is very simple, easy and anybody can tell where they are, where they could be and where they will never be practicing and playing the way they practice and play... The biggest issue is how, under American culture and what they think is possible do each day (twice a week) we coaches can make them look better each time we meet them...Come down to Brazil (RIO) with me, and let me see you going 1on1 with them down there, then we talk about what you need to catch up.

@cholotemo you are right, futsal is a game of art and creativity, you cannot teach that. futsal is for players you like to hold the ball and play quick touches sometimes. this is not real futsal.

@MagiikNKlutchCo - teaching/guiding/exposing them on how to play the game and exposing them as many hours as they are willing to spend like the top soccer school spend, any country can build up great players. Then great players play each other every day creating even greater players...Some places are focusing and emphasizing the pros and the millions involved when the answers are on the youth players. You learn and build up anything from 0 to 14 years old...

We are born with all senses in place no matter where we are born at! However, we are who we are today based on the things we were exposed to yesterday! Why Japaneses speak Japanese and not Portuguese? They were born in Japan and their first language is Japanese! As I try to expose on my page, North Americans don't play streetsoccer and futsal during their early ages. Even worst, who are their coaches during early ages 5-13 years playing soccer? How many hours they truly spend with a ball...

Wish this was in England :'(. I like a Coach that shouts and encourages its makes me work alot harder because you are determined to do your job to improve us and it is our job to take in what you are teaching us no matter how hard the training is! Very Good Job!
