Who is talking? Brings up interesting issues, but there is much more than that to intercultural differences. He only talks about minor aspects (obvious physical differences like the toilet paper) but not about subbtle ones (values, which are the most pervasive and difficult to grasp)But I liked the presentation of culture as an externality.
