@SerafinaLily9 Sometimes slides and retardandos make the vocal performance possible. Do you know how hard that is to sing? I've sang it, and most of the song is placed in the hardest part to sing, and she does it just wonderfully.

A little too melodramatic. Lots of added slides and vocal retardations that didn't seem to enhance what Hundley had already so beautifully written. I think the best performances of this piece are more simplistic. You can tell she's a great performer though.
