  • well shouldn't the mylars be kept flat?? Else they will surely fold if kept vertical....am I missing something from the video?>\

  • Hiya yeah, as stated somewhere earlier in the video I missed one stage when it's all zipped up it should be rolled 90 degree (ie on it's side so the mylars are parallel to the ground) before folding...

  • I can do that almost as fast without such a bag I am afraid. And when I have two people I can even fold cell-to-cell faster than with this bag.

    So not convincing for me...

  • Hi thanks for your comments, we've had excellent feedback from hundreds of satisfied customers who find it is quicker. I wouldn't deny that two people could pack more quickly but I'm usually on my own when I land out after a long XC, this bag is targeted at XC flyers who will be packing up on their own often in gusty conditions.

  • rip off

  • Well lots of satisfied customers don't seem to think so but you are free to have have your own opinion

  • ive started packing my wing this waybut first i had to sort out a few creased mylar inserts.

HOW??? using my girlfriends hair straightners i ironed each mylsr piece and rubbed it flat whilst hot. i also 'ironed' all the edges this way. The edges and inserts are now crisp like new and can be folded away using this technique, ensuring they will be as they are meant to be..

  • Search for the "Madsen Pack" on youtube. This method works when its windy and its fast and easy. All the myler are together and you don't have to disconnect your harness.

  • You can combine a million techniques how to fold it in... these bags offer that... which ever suits you best...

  • It is very practical but ... You know that the air should not be removed from the seams, but not to force the cells.
