Is this a joke? Sorry .. but srlsy "run" /walk at the site of a bench and put ur hand on it with a little jump, u didnt even jump over it, just at the side. Its not even a trick, and you run like wierdos, so is ur flips. RUN FASTER, CLEAN UP UR FLIPS.

nice job guys loving the flips!! im not dissing you guys but work on them rolls do that on concrete and it could cause damage, remember left shoulder to right bum cheek or right shoulder to left bum cheek! however nice work! :)

Thanks to all the positive comments, what we ment by intermediate was by intermediate for us. Our 3 parkour videos have been done in like 2 months, our best one is parkour 2010 which is our last vid, some pretty cool flips, but yeah check it out on my chanel :)
