Lakers Losing Streak, Trade Targets & the Fan of the Week | Lakers Nation TV

There was nothing happy about this past week for the Lake Show as they suffered three consecutive losses and have dropped four of their last five games! Last night the Lakers could not hold on to a lead in the last minute of the matchup and let the Pacers run right by them. Coach Brown after the game showed much concern as he kept referring to how the team showed very little sense of urgency on the defensive end, which is not like them. Kobe was able to connect for 33 points, but the Lakers fell short of scoring 100 points for their 11th straight game, their longest stretch since a twelve game drought during the 2003-2004 season.

So what now LakersNation? What's the answer? Is it Dwight? Is it Pierce? Harris? Or Deron Williams? One things for certain, this current roster might be enough to get the purple and gold to the finals...

Next up for the Lakers are the Clippers on Wednesday, the Bucks on Saturday, and then end the week in Minnesota on Sunday.

Okay, so every week I've been featuring a LakersNation fan of the week and today is nothing short of a great story. I want you to meet Imran Chowdry from Downey, California. Now Imran's story is special because on Sunday, January 8th, Imran's lifelong dream of meeting Kobe Bryant was met, thanks to the folks at Make A Wish Foundation. In 2010, Imran was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, a cancer that affects approximately 8,000 people annually and one that starts in cells called lymphocytes. Luckily, after proper treatment, Imran made it out in excellent condition and as you can see, had just a wonderful time with his family at Staples Center meeting his legend! From all of us at LakersNation, we're very happy you lived out your dream and even happier that all turned out well.

lakers biggest mistake was letting brian shaw go he should have been the coach and knows the triangle the bench is the worst in the nba artest is shooting 9 percent form the three point FUCKING nine percent gasol isnt the same player he was 2 years ago odom is gone, steve blake was playing really well but hes out till february murphy,kapono,artest, walton, fisher are all useless at this point, lakers should trade bynum,metta for howard throw in draft pick,

I'm a real Lakers fan, and if you can't tell what we need as team then your not a true fan! Fisher please retire now!!! We need a real point guard and a better bench!!! Why did we sign mcroberts and murphy they are garbage players!!! Bench needs help and Kobe needs a true point guard that can hit 3's!
