I am just going to say it. Thank fuck for the blackening and unto the locust. every other album they made was pantera meets hatebreed, it was a snorefest of boredom and shit. Thank FUCK they're writing real music now. not just some distorted growl and slipknot style riffs.

From 2:40 to the climax at 3:35, that is probably as close to perfect as anybody's ever going to get. Every rock/metal band should take note of the use of drums as an instrument, as opposed to a beat machine, in this song. I just can't express my love for Darkness Within enough!
