In this video, Mahalo Windows expert Sean Hewitt shows you how to add transitions in Windows Movie Maker.

Step 1: Add Transition
---------------------------------------------------------------------

To transition between elements in your movie timeline, click on the photo or clip that you would like to transition to. Under the Animation tab on the top toolbar, click on the transition you would like to use. Each blue box represents a different style. Hover you mouse over each box to preview the transition. Click on the one you want to add it to the timeline.

Step 2: More Transitions
---------------------------------------------------------------------

View more transitions by clicking on the down arrow to the right of the animation options toolbar. You can also change the duration of the fade in the top toolbar to make it as fast or slow as you want. If you really like a transition, click Apply To All, and that transition will be used for every slide.

Step 3: Pan and Zoom
---------------------------------------------------------------------

In the upper right side of the animation toolbar, you can choose to to pan and zoom into your photos for a different way of transitioning between slides.
