I'll quickly show you how to use Mac OS X's built in International preferences to type in a foreign language. Great for greek organizations or for that fancy french restaurant.

Note: Changing languages does not always mean a one-to-one mapping between letters on the keyboard.

  • what button did you push to make that little menu come up?

  • i think you're asking about when i switched to textedit, so that's a really quick way to switch between any programs that you are currently running. just hold the command key (also known as the apple key) and press tab.
