How to jailbreak iOS 4.1 with Sn0wbreeze 2.0.2 (iPhone / iPod touch)

In this YouTube video tutorial i'll show you how to jailbreak your iDevice with Sn0wbreeze V2.0.2 (Windows).

1. Check if your iDevice is supported with Sn0wbreeze V2.0.2
2. Download all the stuff you'll need. Download links below!!!
3. Back-up your iDevice in iTunes 10.
4. Open Sn0wbreeze V2.0.2 and follow the steps!
5. When Sn0wbreeze is finished with your custom firmware, open iREB
6. Select your iDevice
7. Put your iDevice in DFU mode (see the steps of iREB)
8. Open iTunes 10 and recover (shift+left mouse button) your iDevice with your custom firmware.
9. DONE!

- iPod touch 1G (Must be jailbroken on any firmware version)
- iPod touch 2G (Non-MC Model, Must be jailbroken on any firmware, if not, then use iREB)
- iPod touch 2G (MC Model, must be on iOS 3.1.2. Does not need to be jailbroken on 3.1.2)
- iPod touch 3G (Must be previously jailbroken on 3.1.2)
- iPhone 2G
- iPhone 3G (Must be jailbroken on any firmware, if not, then use iREB)
- iPhone 3GS new bootrom (Must be previously jailbroken on 3.1.2)

Hello, this question could be quiet stupid but I'm a noob. How can I get the IPSW version 4.1 for an iPhone 1g? I mean the highest version for an iPhone 1g is 3.1.3. Thank you very much.

@manhis I really don't know... And if i were you i won't do that because iOS 4.x.x is very slow on a iPhone 1g.

@ussmissouri63 Don't extract the firmware but change the file type from .zip to .ipsw - look at my channel for the tutorial how to do that. Good luck!
