Hi, good review. I also got the T240HD. The 260 was 500.00 cdn and I got the 240hd thats only 1.5 inches smaller on sale on boxing day sale for 289.00 cdn.
As for your pwer button, my 11yr old son figured this out....... dont touch the button but swipe your finger over the on button like a scanner and it will work every time.

LMAO he tries to press hard on a touch button, it didnt even occur to him that the sensor might be in one of either side of the power "icon". omfg

and also you have to slide to turn it off (works alot better)

go to channel 100-1 or 100-3 and you will get super clear HD

Im looking at buying one of these. You said it does not have a HD tuner but a SD tuner. If i understand correctly this means i cannot receive HD stations off the air?
