Racism is simply an ugly form of collectivism, the mindset that views humans strictly as members of groups rather than individuals.
By encouraging Americans to adopt a group mentality, the advocates of so-called diversity acutally perpetuate racism. Their obsession with racial group identity is inherently racist.
We should understand that racism will endure until we stop thinking in terms of groups and begin thinking in terms of individual liberty.

citizenship isn't race. he is right on it. we can't have foreigners born here and have their baby be automatically a citizen. it's wrong. citizenship should be earned at an appropriate age. ppl need to understand what being a "citizen" truly means. it's being abused and misunderstood. go read what being a citizen of this country means. and yes, illegals need to fuck off. we need to stop wasting tax dollars, my family came here legally and we are good citizens who support true American ideas

See Rodman's career. He got disciplined often and did not even make it in the starting line up one day in the final for going out the night before! The Bulls won the game.
You do not have to hire the best elements to get the most successful group. There are many, many other parameters to look at.
