@320bit They're fun, cheap to buy, and easy on gas. Not everyone can afford a brand new car. And not everyone who can't afford a new car wants to drive something that can't even be considered "peppy".

@JohnnyDipkins And whats average to you? Todays cars are doing 5-6 seconds to 60 from the factory.  I dont see ONE late 80s to mid 90s honda with "a few mods" doing even close to that. So no, it still takes major coin to make them smoke even average cars.

@320bit I'm going to point out the obvious in saying you're an idiot. Now, with a few mods, a Honda can make a fun daily driver that will smoke just about every other "average car" and will still save you on gas and insurance. Sure, they won't be "fast" without major coin, but you gotta pay big to play big. Either buy something "fast" or build something "fast"..

@dawhitecastle Becuz. It entertains me to see how many people still think these cars are fast without major coin. Youd have to spend twice or 3 times what the car is worth to make it a competitive machine.
