@001looker That is blatantly incorrect. It is actually the other way around. Adt panels can be bypassed by pros easier than other panels in many regards. For the basic systems though ADT uses the same panels. In fact the panel in this video is made by Tyco which also owns ADT and ADT uses the Tyco DSC panels. The only noticeable difference is ADT has their name printed on it. If you have a proven method to bypass codes then please email me the proof. We could use that technique
@Esilocksmiths That is not true, just connect code model searcher and in 30 sec you can find the correct code. That is how any cheap alarm like this getting bypass by pro's. The only thing that can't be bypassed are alarm that are set up by adt. They are designed to highest standard.
@chirinosoe Sorry this took so long. The black module to the left of the keypad is a Xanboo access module. It allows me to access my alarm system from my iphone or my computer via the internet. Usually it is installed with the main panel so you would not see it. I have it installed here for demo reasons. xanboo.com.. or esilock.com
@beiber1234 If you have lost the code the only thing you can do (besides really searching for it) is to Factory reset the panel. This is like formatting a hard drive. Unfortunately, you will have to reprogram the entire panel. Door sensors, smokes, motions, etc. That can be an involved process and probably requires an alarm tech. You would need the installer manual. If you have phone lines attached and active we could perform a remote program.
