This fascinating fusion wedding combining the Vietnamese and American cultures began at the brides home. Adorned in a beautiful traditional Vietnamese red dress, the family ceremony was filled with emotion. Union Station and Senate Park was the next stop for fun creative photos with Rodney Bailey. The bride changed for the American wedding into an elegant off the shoulder white gown. This western ceremony was held in the round in the Pavilion Room at the Ronald Reagan Building. A marvelous reception followed in the dramatic atrium in the Ronald Reagan Building. Design and decor provided by Capitol Décors Jeffery Fox.
Suburban Video had two large projection screens showing Rodney Baileys fabulous photos from earlier that day. Cara Bowen snapped great zap shot photos for the screens during the evening.
After dinner we projected a historical/family photo montage. Just before the cake cutting came a dramatic same day edit film of the wedding day. Chris Lucarelli expertly blended all the best emotions and fun into a three minute film set to a movie score. The guests were wowed. Many thanks to Sara Muchnick for her expert planning of the wonderful event. Erwin Gomez make-up and attention to detail made everyone beautiful. Killer lighting was provided by Alysha at Digital Lightning.
Was this all done in the same day?
