This is me in my 65 GTO in a warm up burnout at Big Al's '05 4th of July party in New Milford CT. There's a car show, a burnout contest, a car smashing corral(usually a Jap car), good food, good people, beer and music. Sadly, I hear it was the last one because he sold his house. I wonder if if his neighbors will miss him? ;-)

I'll second that. I thought it was, of course, a 389. I read the comments and found out it was a 455! That rumble really sounds badass! I don't know whether we're conditioned to revere that rumble or whether the V8 engineers back in the day hit on something that was a mechnical marvel and musical one at the same time.
This is just great, everyone is so eager to show how they know their Pontiac's. I dont know whats more funny, A. The fact that I said "The Aussie GTO is a import with a Chevy engine" as if any other so called GTO was made like that. B. My user name says pontiac ram air gto 1972 & my ownership of such a GTO must mean I have no idea about PMD GTOs or the fake imports. C. That people could not even think that maybe my old comment from over 10 months ago was normally out of place with another post!
I know your trying to save face but U fell on it, next time try not to be so bold and think you have the right to call someone a name! Rather then say "Oh ok, I thought you were talking about the car in the vid" you took the low road with some piss ant "this car, that car" bull that nobody here believes! I guess you been lighting 2 many fires out of your mouth to know what your talking about? 2 everyone who reads this, 235 trolls Utube making smart ass comments just to piss people off, jackass!
Your attempt 2 make yourself not to be a stupid ass made you look more like an IDIOT! 1. You assumed that I was talking about the 1965 GTO, when I clearly NAMED the import fake GTO. 2. Your not smart enough to understand how YouTube stacks Comments. 3. The only way my 10 month old post could have been mistaken is if Holden imported GTOs in the 60s as most people know when the Holden Chevy GTO was made! 4.Your an idiot for calling me an idiot on a 10 month post thats placed out of order! Jackass!
