  • Great video! If you don't have an exercise ball and you don't want to use the floor, can you use the foot of your bed instead or a chair?

  • @pinkices1031 afterburn exercises can be done at anytime (warm up, cool down) it's up too you. fast paced cardio should be done after weight training though in my opinion, for maximum weight loss and toning.

  • Do you do these exercises on the days that you don't do burst training?
