A Captain of Industry and British Ambassador to Countless Nations over the years, Ambassador Robert Thornton lived the high life. Then it all went wrong. Stripped of his positions, privilages and assets he now survives hand to mouth in the most modest of accomodation with his wife, Mrs Thornton.

Will he ever regain his former standing or is he destined to remain in the back of a rotting two birth Bedford Bambi Caravanette?

He was upper crust, now he can't even earn a crust and as a result, is forced to survive... on crusts.
