Aloha!! It's been three days since I last wrote... But I don't care, honestly xDD

So I have no school today due to the inclimate weather I knew was coming (ha!)... Muahahaha!!! So while I'm stuck inside with nothing to do- I shall EDIT {and guzzle hot chocolate as is universal tradition MUAHA!}!!!




"This closeness to be cherished" is a work that I think we can all relate to in some fashion or another. There's a time in everyone's life where you feel cornered and without light, and you look for some sort of closeness that you can hold as your own, and that will hold you in return. That, I think, is more or less what we look to horses for, to shed our own dark and weave our hearts into a single beat so that we don't feel alone anymore. We dream about these things as children, and so I incorporated the line "as once in a lullaby" into the poem in order to represent our childhood attachments. When we're children, we tend to think that the world is a sort of fantasy in which all dreams can become a reality, and as we grow, we learn that reality has a rather harsh hand. Riders and equine-lovers find the better half of themselves in their horses, and this is what I wanted to get across with the video, through a bit of a dreamlike, simple, and just WARM style of editing in which the footage can really speak for itself. The text should've just provided support.

The Poem:
This light, in this darkness,
A moment,
One breath,
A single heartbeat,
A life cornered, tarnished.

In this sweet serenity,
The security you relish,
A life set alight once more,
As once in a lullaby,
The love we share unscathed,
The closeness to be cherished.

Whew!! I had a little burst of inspiration last night and so this video came out pretty quickly, actually XDD Simpler stuff is so much easier to edit, even if every piece of clippage has a VERY specific place... And I haven't done anything like this in a while so I thought.... DO IT!!!! - and it worked! ~n___n

Aber ich kann nicht glauben dass jemand,der sein Pferd liebt mit Sporen reitet oder es mit einer Kandare zusammenschnürt.

Und zwischn einem Menschen der so etwas macht und einem Pferd,dass das ertragen muss,kann bestimmt keine Nähe entstehen!
