The Hotel Hoppa is dreadful. All the Heathrow hotels are only just outside the perimeter of the airport, yet this bus service costs £4 each way and takes ages... for anyone who knows their way it would be easier to walk... why isn't it a free hotel transfer?
Looks like the ambassador of Venezuela draws up alongside in a Mercedes as 1:32...
What model bus is this, the Enviro200?

How can you run a business if you offer a free service? The hotel hoppa is independent of the hoteliers and BAA. If you do a samll ammount of research you can always take the london red buses thats free. (previous employer of hotel hoppa)

The buses used to be free like 15 years ago, I remember staying in the Crown Plaza and getting a nose bleed just before getting to T2 then staying on the bus to head back to the hotel to change my top, the hoppa is a rip off and if you in the wrong hotel sometimes if its an early flight and you are with family you cant get on, It happened to us when we went to L.A. we got a good deal with the Park Inn so we planned on catching the hoppa at 8am, we failed, 9am it was before we got there..

you obviously got one of the better buses, the personal rapid system is for business parking only. the hotels should pay.

Good comment, Mark!
Once the second phase of the Personal Rapid Transit system is completed it will be a short and easy ride.
