It's going to be a first person shooter game written in C# XNA.
In this video I try to synchronize the walking animation with the speed of the character.
This model is from XNA Skinning sample.
I used PhysX.Net wrapper for physics that can be downloaded here:

For the animation I used XNAnimation:
