I've been asked to make this vid a million times. So here it is.
This is a how-to regarding the 'Rustoleum technique'. I go over everything from mixing the paint to applying a clear coat. It takes a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, but if you have the determination, you can get great results.
Sorry about the repetitive audio. Youtube muted my original audio so I had to change it quick.
very nice!

@LaoBoiz507 oh and go to the forum section, Domestic:full size and other, and my thread is the one entitled "new guy starting his Burban build." that will give you a definite idea of what your up against. Also, if your planning on doing this, just be patient (its something i thought I had plenty of and yea yea everyone says that) but after you begin your going to wish it didnt take so long and so much effort lol. but i think it will be worth it, and its cheap!

@LaoBoiz507 Im doing my 89 Suburban using this method and so far ive just been doing it all like this video and its beginning to look really nice. i screwed up tho cuz it had been a while since i watched this and instead of sanding down the first 2 layers and to only 50% of the orange peel i tried to eliminate it all and did end up revealing some of the metal etc and used 320 grit instead of 400.just put on the 3rd coat today and i think its salvageable. put check it out on expiditionportal. com

Great job. Can you let us know what temperature it is outside. (ie. hot, humid, etc.) I always get different results when its muggy outside.

If this is true wow good job. I see it does take some work to get the results I like but I'll stick to spray can's. Thank you for sharing.
