  • "This is strictly an issue with blade/arbor run out, and not the fault of the insert. The wobbly blade is intermittently scraping the unyielding edges of the slot, and the insert is audibly reporting this. The slot can be slightly widened where necessary with a sanding paddle or thin file; this will alleviate the noise, and not noticeably degrade the zero-clearance benefits of the insert. -Ron Lee, maker of the Leecraft insert "
