  • thanks so much for your video! I'm in the same situation as you and understand what you're going through! Losing alot of weight is the hardest thing in the world to do! Hang in there... :)

  • I have pcos I went on ali diet and went from 330 lbs to 195 lbs try it its good and you have to take multivitamin with it

  • Good luck, honey. My other half and I are also trying to get pregnant but I was told to lose weight before I would have any chance of it "working". FYI - your vid is kinda quiet.

  • good luck ! I have pcos also was told to lose weight, had gastric bypass lost over 100lbs and although I am having cycles monthly now I have hit another road block, so even though they tell you to lose weight it will definatly help but they shouldn't put so much emphisis on loosing weight. you can def still get preggers withot loosing it is just finding the right meds/combo!! Babydust! I am subbing you, I have videos also if you want to take a peek!! HUGS!

  • Same situation! Hang in there! Baby dust to us both!

  • I understand you 100%. Hang in there, I'm sure that soon you will have your precious little one.

  • I LOVE UR HAIR ! AND WERE IN THE SAME BOAT MY FRIEND!

  • What I did was find my RMR which is the calories burned while resting. I subtracted 500 from that & what I was left with is how many calories I ate a day. Next thing I did was stopped eating processed food & went completely organic. At first my joints hurt from most exercises so I started with weight training. Then I started light exercise such as walking & moved to other exercises at my own pace. I've lost a total of 50 lbs so far. Don't give up. Where there is will there is way. Good luck! ^_^

  • I'm obese & have PCOS as well. I'm not TTC right now as I'm not in a relationship nor am I ready for children ATM. Anyway, I know that losing weight is VERY hard when you have PCOS but it is possible. I've tried lots of different things & the only thing that has worked for me so far is my diet. Yes, I exercise as well but the diet has been the biggest help.

  • maybe try harder if you want it bad enough... just saying ooh ill mow the lawn isnt gonna be enough. try walking
