http://www.shed30in30.com Do you want to eat all you can and lose weight at the same time? In today's news, there's a new diet called "Sensa Sprinkle Diet". It is developed by Dr. Alan Hirsch of the Smell and Taste Treatment and Research Foundation. In a recent research by Dr Hirsch, 1500 people were put on this diet without changing their lifestyle. After 6 months, each of them has lost 35.5 pounds in average. The question is: does Sensa Sprinkle Diet really works? Dr. Hirsch, the creator of sense, claims that the weight loss effectiveness of Sensa is supported by a clinical trial involving 1436 men and women. In the 6 months test period, the participants that used Sensa achieved a 30.5 pound average weight loss, and the control group experienced a 2 pound weight loss. This may sound exceptional, however, it brings into question the validity of their claimed "clinical study". A lot of factors turns the scale in Sensa's favor but then there are a lot of questions that can be raised too - and this is important because of the lack of clinical case studies and long term impact studies. Our job is put the facts and figures in front of the consumers so that they can make the best call. If Sensa is a safe and long term solution to the weight loss epidemic, then it should be welcomed and prescribed. But, then it Dr. Hirsch's responsibility to include a more exhaustive clinical study which involves reliable factors and subjects of experiments.
