I'm babysitting a 2 year old girl soon so this helps. My one question is, do you keep the dirty diaper underneath them folded while you wipe and apply cream or do you take the diaper out, throw it away, and then proceed to wipe and put cream before placing the new diaper underneath them? I wouldn't want to keep a messy diaper under their butt for too long. Just wondering.
