@Wags229 dude it doesn't HAVE to be pure water i've had this occur with soft drinks in plastic or glass containers

There is a powder you add to liquid and then when it agitates it gel's exactly the same way.

I find it entertaining that none of you have experienced this and assume it to be trickery. I've had this happen to a water bottle filled with tap water that I've left in my car overnight, as well as an entire case of water left in the garage. It's rather disappointing to grab the bottle hoping for a nice swig of cold as hell water then get nothing because the second you pick it up it turns to ice.

except it's not normal water. it's water with those nappy crystals. sure supercooling _is_ possible, but that's not what's being shown in the video

looks can be deceiving

Except that doesn't look like a container with no impurities.

ok so this is basically what im thinking now: you store the bottle of water in a freezer over night to allow it to freeze, but the water has to be 1. distilled so there are no impurities and 2. the container you are storing it haso to have no impurities... both conditions are quite hard to achieve abviously. then once its been exposed to these condition over night just take it out and like add a freakin spot of dirt, that should do it... also works with boiling water
better than gettin a nice cold swig n having it freeze up in ur throat
