It is Heijokyo that it was made by the order of the Emperor Genmei.
The removal of the capital to Heijokyo was carried out in 710.

겐메이 천황의 명령에 의해서 만들어진 헤이조쿄는 710년부터 일본의 수도가 되었습니다.
남북의 길이가 5 km, 동서의 길이는 6 km의 규모가 있습니다.
헤이조쿄는, 당시는 나라의 수도로 불렸습니다.
나라(nara)는, 지면을 수평으로 한다고 하는 의미입니다.
