@NekoMajinDedemaru Hugo isnt popular cause of low tier u need to be damn good to use him. Alex&Hugo are in my opinion the best and most fun to use grapplers. Zangief,Abel and T Hawk are boring for me compared to them.

I've never played 3rd Strike, but it seems Hugo is pretty popular. I am a grappler-lover. I play T. Hawk and Haggar and I'm curious about Alex & Hugo. It's not often you see grapplers played this often.

Seems that way. This is instant stun on Remy though. If done on a crouching Remy at the corner, repeat combo for instant KO =P

It works only on crouching characters (extra hitstun). It's worth noting that when stunned, Hugo is considered crouching.
