  • sitting in in the video, but i definitely recommend venturing up to the gallery just to see the view and be scared by the height haha

  • It was actually both haha they played a bunch of Lincoln's favorite music and music that was inspired by him during the first half while james earl jones narrated, which was awesome by the way, and then during the second half they played Beethoven's fifth because if was Lincoln's favorite.

    i really enjoyed it and so did my girlfriend who is very briefly in the video (neither of us had seen them perform before) so hopefully you will too

  • I completely disregarded the title; this is the Lincoln Bicentennial. How was Lincoln Portrait?

  • My music teacher's taking my class to see the orchestra perform here in May, and the seats (all 62 of them) she bought are all directly behind the orchestra. So, ha. :P Was this the concert with Beethoven's fifth?
