  • I have a 2-spead one that's very similar! Trying to determine how often and how much to oil it at the top oil hole.

  • My parents just bought me this fan for my birthday and I'm so thrilled, only issue with mine is the oscillator doesn't have the screw it needs to hold it in place, I'll have to see about fixing it. Thanks for sharing your video :)

  • Jon, there's a oil hole behind the blade where the shaft goes into the housing. Dad always used sewing machine oil every spring. It's a chrome button, press it down while putting in the the light oil. Padna watch your fingers and hands while doing this with it on low. He bought his before A/C to stir the swamp cooler's air around when we were kids, I'm 62 yrs. old. The fan still runs perfect every summer day to stir the A/C air around, saves me about $30/mo using it at night! Great old fans!!

  • Thats beautiful. I collect old cameras, typewriters, stuff like that. I would love to have something like this.

  • its out of the 40's i can tell you that much! they are a good fan so i hear.

  • pretty cool :)
