the problem with these sheets are that they are unsalted so even if i sprinkle some on the sheet, they stil taste abit wierd =(

i got a puff pastry sheet which is very very thin..... but ur pastry sheet looks so thick....
is it the right 1??? i got it from a american store.

@sheetal12684 : There is only one type of thickness - so you should be ok.

hi im using a microwave, how much time should these puffs be kept in it. in my microwave there are three options like grill, micro and combi, which one is appropriate. and what if these puff sheets are not available, can anything else be used in its place ? like flour or maida, pls help..

@duyus: Sorry, but this recipe really needs an oven. The pastry dough is made by lots and lots of layers and they become puffy and flaky by the oven heat. The grill does not cook the food evenly...unfortunately, yo will need an oven :(

hi Hetal..hii Anuja...i guess i have already once told that i dont have an oven....thats really a sad case...but i really really wana try this one puff...would it help if i fry them..?? if yes then should i deep fry or shallow fry..please helpp!
