This video shows the Scorpion prasara yoga flow, I've create this sequence of poses to work on different element in my compensation session:
Stretch chest, shoulders, abdomen and upper back
Strengthen arms, wrists, spine and abs
Improve sense of balance
Background song: "Those Who Cannot Speak" Shadows Fall
