this is the 3rd day of my 7 day water fast. i decided to do a video diary of my fast. my starting weight was 129.6. i will update you everyday.

  • you are sooo cute and just down to earth, my husband looked at me like i was crazy when i asked if he wanted to join me on a fast lol ive fasted 2 times and my goal was 3days but on the third day i ate both times since you guys seem to fast often couls you give some tips like how to end a fast or what to do when you get crazy cravings my husband like to torture me with my fav foods and eventually im like what ever and eat

  • to get rid of your cravings i usually drink clay to stop my cravings, buy it at whole foods. i break my fast by drinking fresh squeeze organic orange juice for 2-3 days, then eat fruit and salad for another 3-6 days just to get your system working again. my husband suggest that you give your huband $10 per day for not eating or torturing you, and for making no comments while you're fasting, if that doesn't work offer him $15 per day. good luck.

  • since always , I fast 2 days every week, I feel so good afterwords, the cleansing is amazing, dont mock what you dont know, stop listening to the established montra told to you over the tv set or media, fasting has been around for centuries and the positive effects are well worth it

  • What Kind of retarded shit is this? Don't you know not eating puts your body into starvation mode and just makes u retain calories and fat more? The key is to eat 5 small healthy meals a day to get ur metabolism working harder. Ur doing the opposite of what would help you

  • Day 3 is always the mind creating buffets to prompt me to stop fasting. I have to watch fasting and other health videos to stay focused.

  • @roxi1adi If you eat healthy afterwards you will NOT gain it back. If you go back to eating the same crap as before, it'll be a waste. It helps curb your cravings, so you shouldn't been as tempted to automatically start eating all of the same foods as before, but that's what I've heard. I am starting day 3 of my fast and I am still craving cheese pizza -.-

  • I have just broken a 3-day fast. You learn so much about yourself when resisting those urges to eat during a fast.... Well done. Check Arnold Ehret's book on food, nutrition and fasting. He's amazing.
