Speaking of Betty Boop and Hitler, this cartoon was made in 1932,the year before he came to power in Germany and there's no doubt in my mind that the Max Fleischer cartoons were banned in Nazi Germany because he, his brother Dave and most of his animation crew were Jewish. Also the Nazis would've banned Max Fleisher cartoons like this because of it's "degenerate" content.
