Cops pull me over twice in one night.

In this video I am approached by 2 cops while I am parked on 42nd street in Manhattan and given a moving violation ticket for a single tinted window (yes, while parked). Shortly after that, 2 cops driving in front of me purposely get behind me to look for a reason to pull me over.

Once again the reason for the stop is my tinted windows, when I show him that I already have a window tint ticket he tries to say I am under the influence so he can arrest me which will result in the loss of my CDL drivers license. This is just one scenario of how a law abiding black man can be forced into a life of crime when he is stripped of his means to earn a honest living by the very people that have sworn to protect and serve the innocent.

hey nyc resistance, do you realize these cops are measuring your tinted windows in the night time. that is an error of law, it will give you an incorrect reading. the meter measures how much light goes though a window, since theres no light at night, it will give an incorrect reading. tinted windows need to be measured during the day directly under the sun for a correct reading. next time fight it, and bring it to the courts attention.

Lets see umm driving around video tapping cops doesn’t look suspicious? I bet is you just minded your own business you’re probably not going to get stopped. I’m a white was arrested for smelling like beer that broke on me at work, car towed and lost my job for being arrested.

So, do you think it is about time to NOT have illegal tint on your windows or would eliminating the excuses be just too simple... You made the decision to have tinted windows. I don't disagree that there is racial injustice, and it makes me sick !! Just don't do anything that gives people a reason to be the biggest asshole that they can be, they don't usually need much of a reason.... See the video "Morgan Freeman is a brilliant man".... @copiercer I think it is about time that humanity rediscovers what freedom is, if no law was ever contested black people would still be slaves and Jews would still be stacked into ovens. If you watched this video and the only thing you can find wrong is that I had tinted windows than you will go for anything as long as they say it is the law. I am sure you don't have a problem when you see an undercover police car with pitch black tinted windows? Police can do no wrong in your world, I get it.

You're a smart man. Good job here. I'm white, last summer I was pulled over around 2am (do NOT drive after midnight...period) two officers tried everything they could to arrest me for drunk driving, even going so far as to make me wait for 20 minutes in case I was "on the way up" I drank 2 beers over the course of 4 hours. They had to me do all the walking and counting tests BEFORE the breathalizer, hoping I'd trip up. I passed them all by staying calm.

That was fuckin bullshit that second cop was really tryin to fuck you over. First off that eye test was bullshit because there's no way he can see the reaction in your eyes that well when your sitting in the car with the window more then half way up. I can't believe that fuckin cop I think when he saw the camera and then notice you had a CDL license he decided to fuck with you and that's bullshit what he did man. What an asshole

sometimes when its like a low crime area, they are bored so they pull over random people and try to make arrest
