In the morning before they go on their runs, you could film them when they are starting. In New York Tropicana orange juice has a very old White truck, they use making deliveries in Manhattan. Maybe you can film it. Film it starting.

Looks like they've all been setting there for a while. May be a case of, none of them will run. Could explain the "no start for the video".

Love to see a video of one of them starting up. I love how they sound as they are cranking. 1977 a Diamond Reo dumptruck owned by this construction company. His sons and daughter work there. His daughter driving the dump truck stalled. It took her 10 minutes to start it back up. 4, 2 minute long cranks. She had a very long cigaritte 120 dangling while cranking. It was neat seeing. The city of Niagara Falls had Diamond Reo dumptrucks, and garbage trucks. Wynes oil had Diamond Reo oil trucks.

I remember seeing a Diamond Reo trash truck owned by a private hauler when I was a kid that had the gas engine with the 10-speed. Good luck to you with it.

RDG484 I think the 2nd blue rig is a model dc101. Im not sure what other engines were availible, but one of the gas engines was a 140 hp. 'gold comet' inline 6cyl ohv.
