Once again the boys on the corner of 23rd St and 7th Ave in Brooklyn, NY have hit gold, wait, I mean water. Seems those rumors of them hitting the natural water table and the basements of the $1MIL town houses are flooding...or is it the back yard that may not have proper dry wells? Or is it both?
Either option, they are flooding 23rd St. with pumped water...right into the sewers and our water lines. Not through their "luxury" sewer hook ups (and those silly water bills). Well the jig is up for the boys. See the water pour from a house coming from 322 23rd St, the first building in the 614 7th Avenue complex.
Anyone want to go tubbin'? Perhaps the NYC Dept. of Buildings and D.E.P. want to take a ride?
It's a construction site. Do you think that this will be the case once the project is finished. All you're managing to do with all your carping is delaying the progress by creating a obstacles.

More development took place around here in the past 5-7 years than in the previous 30 years combined. But that's what happens when every single suburban reject in America suddenly up and decides that they absolutely have to live in or near Park Slope Brooklyn at any cost. Basic supply and demand.
