Team Forge are back with our much anticipated 3rd video.
We tried to show all the different elements in a fight that a fighter has to prepare for in training.
Of course, what makes a fighter great is ultimately his heart and determination which can only be trained by pushing the body and mind to the extreme.
We have a philosophy at team Forge. Whatever you want to do the least you should do the most. For example. If your workout contains 20 bear crawls and you do it and hate every second because your terrible at bear crawls, accept it and next time 100 bear crawls. Remember, you are only as strong as your weakest link. Identify yours!
