clearly in the video you can see who she is you call the cops show the video then go to her house and get your wreath back end of story press charges for theft and tresspessing. its petty but its a petty crime 3 months community service thats all she'll get and a fine of 500.00 tops.

You know, rather than rationalize the act, you could just accept the fact that she's a thief. Oddly enough, people are willing to steal with no "help" needed. Spend a bit more time with convicts, you'll see it's not all about "mental issues", some folks are just bad people.
